AI art competition

Are you a student working with generative AI or coding? LabNext70, UNE’s applied AI lab and innovation hub, is challenging high school and university students to push the boundaries of AI and innovation.

This competition is open to high school and university students in Australia, designed to showcase your skills in generative AI and coding.

Competition categories

Choose one of two categories that best suits your skill level and interests:

Low-code bot/agent: Create a simple, functional bot or agent using low-code or no-code tools. This category is ideal for those with great ideas but limited coding experience.

Developer submission: Demonstrate your advanced technical capabilities by developing a sophisticated AI solution. This category allows for unrestricted use of tools and platforms.

Prizes

Each category winner will receive: $1000 cash prize and a 40-hour paid internship at UNE LabNext70; where you’ll work with our AI team and gain hands-on experience in a real-world environment.

More details are on the AI art competition page, with entries closing in January 20, 2025.
